All of our trainers are trained to a minimum standard of Level 3 Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor, which means they’ve been trained in anatomy, physiology, and nutrition. They understand that no two bodies are alike and will work with you to get fit at the right pace.

I am a sports fanatic and have been involved with sports my whole life. I love passing on my knowledge to others. I feel I am a friendly face around the gym and strive to make all members feel welcome.

I am a semi-professional Kickboxer and love competing and training. I have a 3rd Dan black belt in Taiho Jutsu.

I am a single mum of two adult boys with a love of health and fitness.  I have been working in the fitness industry for over 10 years, but have been sporty my whole life.

I love the high energy classes such as Classic Cardio that I teach. Having struggled with my own weight (aka a love of food!) I can empathise strongly with our weight-loss members and the difficulties they face on their own journeys.

I am always up for a laugh and enjoy it when we have lively conversations in the Circuit. I am a friendly face you can always come to for help.

I have been working at the club for over 6 years now. My passion for health and fitness has been lifelong and I have enjoyed many sports over the years from swimming, running, five-a-side football, badminton, tennis, squash to cycling, which I still enjoy.

I played squash competitively whilst living in South Africa. I was a members of the ladies Durban squash team for many years.

I am a Qi Gong practitioner and qualified instructor and fulfilled my dream of teaching this wonderful mind-body-spirit practice on the beach whilst living on the Cape Verdean island of Sal for 18 months

Recently I studied and passed my Level 3 Fitness Diploma and my aim is to help members get the most out of their fitness training, encourage a healthy lifestyle and motivate members to achieve their own personal goals.

If you're looking for some TLC and a special hug then look no further than me! I am everyone's Auntie and will look after you if you are nervous about coming in.

I have a passion for maintaining a healthy lifestyle and have been active since my school days taking part in tennis, table tennis, football, rugby, badminton, dance, boxing , golf, basketbalL, netball, stall ball, aerobic exercise etc to name a few.

In the past 20 years my career background has included nutrition, nutritional supplements, aruveydic herbal medicine, natural skincare, New Zealand herbal medicines, kinesiology and have met many gurus of the time including Leslie Kenton and Mitchell May.

Putting all this knowledge together I like to engage and motivate others to achieve their goals. I am particularly keen to ensure our members are using the equipment correctly so as to avoid injury. 

You will find me having fun and laughs in the Circuit during my special "Class with no name" class on Tuesday mornings!
