We have a range of classes so you're sure to find one that is right for you!

Some classes work within our Circuit and some are standalone.  Please note that the Circuit based classes are available to Gym & Tonic members ONLY. Most standalone classes are not included in our basic membership package, so need to be paid for on the day.

Gym & Tonic members receive a special rate.

 

STEP

Mondays
8:15am (in circuit)

Adding STEP to your circuit will help increase the cardio content of your workout without being too over-strenuous. By working in time with the music you can ensure a steady workout that helps improve your stamina, gives you an extra leg and glute (bottom!) workout and can help improve your flexibility and balance.

High impact aerobic workout to motivating music, this class is great if you want to challenge your fitness levels whilst having fun.

TOTAL BODY TONE

Low impact full body workout that helps keep you supple and mobile and is great if you don't want to let age stop you now or in the future.

ZUMBA

Mondays
6pm (out of circuit)

This 45 minute class features movements inspired by various international dance styles such as Salsa, Reggaton and pop. This is NOT a dance class, all we ask is that you move and have fun, so don't worry if you think you have no co-ordination.

Pilates concentrates on strengthening  the body with an emphasis on core strength, improving posture, balance and flexibility.  All classes are suitable for all levels.

BOOTCAMP

Designed to build strength and stamina these classes are not for the faint hearted but if you like a challenge and pushing yourself to your limits then this is the class for you!

GINA’S CLASS WITH NO NAME

Looking for something less serious? Then "Gina's class with no name" would suit you!  There are no words to descibe this class! All we can say is its lots of fun, you'll definitely be laughing whilst your working out (which helps burn more calories!) and no 2 classes will ever be the same!
