We are the BEST ladies fitness centre in Petersfield. We offer ladies of all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels a safe and encouraging place to workout.
Whatever your goals are - to get fitter, lose weight, keep mobile or tone up, we can help you achieve these goals.
Our main workout takes place in our specially designed Circuit - this combines strength training and cardio exercise to give you a complete and full body workout.
How it works
We have 10 hydraulic resistance machines that work ALL your major muscle groups to strengthen and tone you up.
In between each machine you take part in aerobic moves that improve your cardiovascular fitness.
This means that by working out with us regulary you will:
Increase your strength
Improve your cardio fitness
Improve your posture
Help your joints stay supple

It takes 10 minutes to complete 1 Circuit - you need to be able to commit to a minimum of 30 minutes (3 laps of the circuit). However, YOU can decide how much more you want to do:
30 min workout - 3 circuits
40 min workout - 4 circuits
50 min workout - 5 circuits
60 min workout - 6 circuits*
* we do not recommend more than 6 circuits per session to avoid over exhausting your muscles
When you join us you will receive three 1-2-1 personal training sessions with a qualified coach who will ensure you learn how to correctly use the machines.
After that, a coach is always on hand to offer you ongoing support, encouragement and motivation.
What else can we do for you?
If you're looking to lose weight we are happy to arrange weekly weigh-in sessions and monthly measurement reviews to help you track your progress
We will review your fitness levels every 6-8 weeks to assess how you are progressing and help you make any changes necessary to see results
We can offer you personal 1-2-1 workouts (1 free per month) with a Coach who can motivate and inspire you to get the most from your Circuit workout

Did you know???
The current government/NHS recommendation is that you should get at least 150 minutes of aerobic exercise per week and that you should engage in strength training exercise at least twice a week!
